1. Services Overview

Golisaqexido specializes in manufacturing premium export containers specifically designed for Harumanis mangoes. Our services include:

• Design and manufacturing of food-safe export containers
• Custom sizing and specification services
• Quality assurance and testing programs
• Technical consultation and support

2. Order Process and Acceptance

When you submit a quote request or place an order:

1. Your request constitutes an offer to purchase our products under these terms
2. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion
3. Order acceptance occurs when we provide written confirmation
4. All specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins
5. Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional charges and delays

3. Pricing and Payment

• Quotations: Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Payment Terms: 50% deposit required upon order confirmation, balance due before delivery
• Currency: All prices quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
• Additional Costs: Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are separate unless specified
• Late Payments: Subject to 1.5% monthly service charge

4. Product Specifications and Quality

We guarantee that our containers meet:

• Food safety standards including FDA and Malaysian regulations
• Specified dimensions and capacity requirements
• Durability standards for international shipping
• Climate control features as agreed in specifications

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production requirements
2. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to the agreed location
3. Delays due to force majeure events are not our responsibility
4. Buyer must inspect products within 7 days of delivery

6. Warranty and Liability

Limited Warranty: We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date.

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, specifications, and technical documentation remain our property
• Custom designs created for specific clients may not be reproduced for others
• You may not reverse engineer or copy our container designs
